What is Ombré Powder Brows?Ombré Brows shading is a semi permanent eyebrow technique that’s uses a small machine to shade the brow creating a soft shade resembling a filled in makeup look.

Is It Painful?It is a relatively painful technique. The outline is done without numbing after which topical numbing cream is used. The feeling ranges from tiny scratch like feelings to no pain at all.

Am I An Eligible Client?The following clients are ineligible. Pregnant or nursing, Keloid Skin, Glaucoma, HIV or Hepatitis, Diabetes(unless physicians not provided), under 18yrs.

How do I Prepare for the Procedure?No alcohol, aspirin or caffeine for 24 hrs prior. You will be provided with a list of Don’ts before your appointment.

How Long Is The Procedure?The procedure lasts approximately 3 hrs. This includes the shaping, pigment selection and shading. The touch up appointment 4 to 6 weeks later will last approximately 2hrs.

How Do I Care For The Brows After?Do NOT get Brows wet for 7 to 14 days. Do NOT touch with bare fingers. It’s to be treated as an open wound so you want to minimize the risk of infection as much as possible. NO Makeup in the area for 7 to 14 days Do NOT pick scabs Wipe around the area when cleansing/washing your face.

How Long Do Brows Take To Heal ?Healing takes 7 to 14 days depending as every clients skin is different. The true colour is apparent after about 4 weeks. This is why the touch ups are not recommended prior to 4 weeks.

Are Touch Ups Mandatory ?No they are not however they are highly recommended to allow brows to last for the time specified.

How Long Do The Brows Last?Ombré Powder Brows last 1 to 3 years depending upon clients skin(oily vs dry etc), daily routines (exfoliations, skin agents used like retins and acidic products) Remember this is not like your traditional tattoo the pigment is not implanted deeply into the skin, hence the soft natural appearance.

Can I Be Allergic?Although it is rare it is possible. If you have overly sensitive skin and or you are highly allergic to dyes etc I recommend a patch test. Please advise prior to booking.

Do You Have Glue Without Latex?I only use latex free products. I also have a glue for sensitive skin. Please advise upon booking.
